By participating, you allow us to capture and use photos/videos for content, marketing, and promotion.

Keep your gear close. We're not responsible for loss or damage.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke participation to protect the experience.

Basic details: name, phone number, email, and registration info. Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

We may share data with trusted partners (payments, operations) only when required.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Refunds apply only if:

• The event is canceled by us
• A duplicate payment is made

If you don't show up, the spot doesn't carry forward and isn't refunded.

You may transfer your slot before the deadline given by us, subject to approval.
